You should be careful on using cheat codes too frequently until you complete the mission where you save Madd Dogg from jumping off the casino rooftop. The game will prevent you from completing this mission if codes have been used excessively; this number appears to be cheats being used 500 or more times. When this number has been exceeded, Madd Dogg will jump off the roof in a few seconds, making it impossible to save him. Note: If you encounter this problem, enable the "Slow motion" or "Adrenaline effects" codes to get there faster. You still must be quick in order to save Madd Dogg.

Note: You must enter this code multiple times to increase your total money. If this code is enabled when your car is smoking or damaged it will get repaired. During various missions where you are in a car while someone else drives and you shoot (for example, Reuniting The Families), enabling this code will instead blow the car up, failing the mission.

Pimping mission completedWhile playing the game, ,right L2(2), Down, L2, Up(2), L2, R2. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. You can now get money from prostitutes instead of paying them.

Due to the way the game's cheat codes are programmed (32-bit), it was discovered that every cheat had a huge number of different button combinations that triggered it. So far the list of codes ending with L1 has been extracted, and the estimated number of working combinations is over 200,000.
