Juiced to is one of my favourite playstation 2 game after Need for speed, only thing that is bad is one can't get good cars for drifting in the first part of the game. Any way for those pinkslip game just save everything before the race and then take out the memory card and then play the game.
If you are winner you can reinsert the memory card to save the game else you can alway reset the game and load from the last point without loosing your car its the best you can get, who want to loose the car anyway
